European Floral Design Hosts Workshop for Rose and Dahlia Garden Club!

      Here at European Floral Design, we love projects that give us the opportunity to share our passion for beautiful flowers and unique design with others in the community. I do this by working closely with local Garden Clubs and by speaking at various local events. Every year, I speak to at least 10 different groups on many different topics. Last year Linger Longer Living invited me to speak at two of their Cultural Lifestyle Experiences events where the topics were, “Entertaining Floral Design for All Seasons” and “Creative Techniques for Beautiful Floral Design”. Speaking events such as these, along with hosting various workshops allows me to keep in touch with people in the community and give back, even if only in some small way. Hosting workshops has been by far the most popular way for me to do this.They enable me to give hands-on instructions that are insightful and personalized to the specific topic. On September 16^th, we opened our shop doors to the Rose and Dahlia Garden Club and hosted a workshop on how to put together Fall Arrangements. We transformed the shop into a classroom to accommodate everyone and the turn-out was great! I went over different techniques that can be used to create Fall inspired arrangements and hopefully motivated everyone to create their own masterpieces! At the end I got a chance to mingle with the members and answer everyone's questions. All-in-all the workshop was an overwhelming success and I had a wonderful time getting to speak with everyone.
